How many times is it claimed that Fox News cherry picks news stories? The insinuation is that: a) Fox does this to protect President Trump, a bumbling fool if there ever was one, or so they want you to believe, and b) the competition on the left would never stoop so low.
So where does this idea that right leaning media chooses certain stories over others for political expediency originate? It’s a slanted accusation rooted in the Media Wing of the Democrat Party, commonly referred to as the main stream media.
Think of it as a little white lie that, repeated often enough, becomes truth.
So what about the establishment media? Is it possible that the usual suspects such as MSNBC, CNN, the Washington Post, the New York Daily News, Wall Street Journal or the New York Times are ever guilty of this projectionist bs? Do any reporters, commentators or contributors on the left ever cherry pick the news to protect their own?
